This website has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. The app needs no registration: it runs in the browser and, added to a home screen, offline. Runs, harbours and boats you make stay on your device unless you share or publish them.

If you enter your email address and the role you are writing as, we store both in order to send you one message when the app opens, and to answer you if you are a school, a charter base or an insurer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.
No processor: the form posts to our own server in Frankfurt (AWS, eu-central-1), where the address and the role are kept in a file that only we read — no mailing-list provider sees them. Your address is deleted once the launch message has been sent, or earlier on request.
The app runs in your browser and, added to a home screen, offline. It keeps in the browser’s own storage: your display settings and units, which lessons you have finished and how well, your saved runs while you hold them, an install id the app made up once for this device, and, if you signed in, your session and the statement of your plan. Nothing of this leaves the device unless you share a run, sign in, or publish a harbour. There are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
Your network address is counted in memory to limit how often one address may post, and is never written down.
The server runs on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany; the data stays in the European Union. The sign-in mail is sent through [provider, once chosen, and whether it is in the EU].
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under Art. 15–21 GDPR, and a right to complain to a supervisory authority — for us, [competent authority].
